I'm Kate.

I love coding, learning, and exploring the world.

Development is a chance for me to challenge myself and an opportunity to create something beautiful. I find excitement in every line of code.

After studying Art History my mind and eyes are finely tuned instruments looking at every last detail. This attention to detail paired with years of marketing and branding experience left me searching for the last piece of the puzzle. The missing peice was development, found in three short months at the Iron Yard. When I'm not teaching kids to code or hard at work at Benefitfocus, you can find me reading a good book or hitting the mats with my jui jitsu pals.
